Welcome to Suearmo Qatar (“Suearmo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of suearmo.qa and any related services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use the Site.
No account is required to make a purchase. You can complete your order as a guest by providing only the necessary billing and shipping information. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate information during checkout.
All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and US Dollars (USD). Prices may change prior to order confirmation. Once payment is processed, the price of your order is final and binding.
Suearmo offers gemstones, diamonds, ready-made jewellery, and custom design services. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. However, natural variations in gemstones (such as color, clarity, and cut) may occur.
Production of pre-ordered jewellery begins 24 hours after the order is placed, and cancellations can only be accepted before production starts.
Natural inclusions in gemstones and diamonds are considered inherent characteristics and not defects. Chipping on the side of a gemstone is considered a defect, while minor scratches or micro-dents in gold are not considered defects. All jewellery is photographed and recorded using a microscopic camera prior to shipping to ensure transparency in the event of disputes.
Payment must be made using an accepted payment method. By submitting payment information, you authorize Suearmo or its payment providers to charge your chosen method for the full order amount.
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, belongs to Suearmo or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Suearmo’s total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) ordered. Suearmo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, or data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site or the Terms shall be resolved under Qatari jurisdiction.
Suearmo may revise these Terms periodically to comply with legal requirements or Theqa standards. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with the “Last Updated” date.
