Refunds for gemstones are available for items returned within 3 days of receiving them as updated by the shipper. Items must be in original condition with certifications and packaging intact.
Returned gemstones will be retested before a refund is approved.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days of the return.
Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable unless defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
