1. Cancellation

• Pre-ordered jewellery can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, before production begins.
• Once production starts (cutting, setting, or custom design), cancellations are not accepted.
• Non-custom, in-stock items can be canceled until shipment; after dispatch, cancellations are not accepted.

2. Returns for Defective Items

• Refunds or replacements apply only to verified defects.
• Verified defects include chipping on the side of a gemstone.
• Natural inclusions, minor scratches, or micro-dents are not considered defects.
• Customers must report defects within 3 days of receipt with photos and a description.

3. Inspection and Verification

• Returned items are inspected upon arrival.
• Pre-shipment microscopic photographs and recordings are used to verify condition.

4. Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 30 days from the date of receipt at our office.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Return Procedure

• Items must be returned in original condition with certificates and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

6. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed based on availability.
• Customers must contact Suearmo before returning items for exchange.
• Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

7. Custom and Bespoke Jewellery

• Refunds are not available once production begins, except for verified defects.
• Customers must confirm all design specifications and gemstone selections prior to production.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Suearmo Qatar strives to resolve disputes transparently.
• Customers may escalate unresolved issues to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI), Qatar.
