Shipping Policy
At Suearmo, we take great care in ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days Locally (Qatar). Worldwide gemstone and jewelry orders are process may take 10–14 business days depending on the documentation required according to destination.
- Shipping Partners: We ship internationally via trusted courier service - FedEx.
- Shipping Fees: For all orders shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location on standard FedEx Shipping Rates.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
- Insurance: All shipments are fully insured until delivery.
Please note: Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for ready-made jewelry and loose gemstones. Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging, certificates (if applicable), and without any signs of damage, alteration, or setting.
- Gemstone Returns: Loose gemstones must not have been set, scratched, or modified in any way. We will inspect the gemstone upon return before processing the refund.
- Return Process:
- Email us at admin@suearmo.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, ship the item back using a tracked and insured courier.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14–21 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
